Join one of the leading AI Tech companies and be at the centre of innovation.
Who we are looking for :
Proximity Works helps clients turn AI potential into real business ROI — from identifying high-impact use cases to building tech that transforms how teams work.
We’re looking for a builder disguised as a marketer. Some who is curious by nature, obsessed with results, and thrives on experimentation.
You’ll be instrumental in designing and executing go-to-market strategies, amplifying our brand presence, and fueling user acquisition across all channels. If you love solving puzzles, moving fast, and connecting data with human behavior — this is where you’ll do your best work.
You’ll thrive here if you :
- See “impossible” as an invitation.
- Treat growth like a science — hypothesis, test, learn, repeat.
- Translate complex AI and tech into simple, human stories.
- Care about impact more than credit.
- Build systems that scale themselves.
This isn’t a “run our ads” role.
It’s a “help us grow what’s next” role — for someone ready to architect the future of how AI-native companies scale. A growth architect who can connect storytelling with systems, and drive measurable growth across every channel.
Who you are :
You’re not just a marketer — you’re a growth hacker with a toolkit of tactics and an eye on ROI. You combine creativity with analytics, bringing a bias for action and a hunger to test, learn, and optimize. You’re scrappy, resourceful, and can get things done — fast. You treat every campaign like a startup : built to win, ready to pivot.

You’ve written and scaled email marketing campaigns that consistently deliver high open and click-through rates.Copy-Savvy – You know how to write email campaigns that get opened, read, and clicked — from cold outreach to product updates & newsletters — and you track every metric to make the next one better.Creative & Analytical – You can write a killer hook and optimize ad performance in the same afternoon.Automation-Obsessed – You hate repetitive tasks and love building systems that scale.Strong Communicator – You craft crisp narratives that resonate with internal teams and external audiences alike.Ownership Mentality – You don’t wait for permission — you see what needs to be done and dive in.Bonus points if :
You’ve worked in an early-stage startup or agency environment. You’ve managed a content or SEO team before. You’re familiar with tools like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Hubspot, Segment, and GA4;You’ve built and grown newsletters with platforms like Mailchimp, Beehiiv, ConvertKit, Substack, HubSpot. You’ve run e-mail marketing campaigns with Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Snov.io .You have experience running multi-channel campaigns with $10K+ monthly budgets. What you will do :

3–6 years of experience in a performance / growth marketing role.Proven track record of driving measurable results and scaling campaigns.Ability to work in PT or EST time zones.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.Remote Role – Fully remote, open to candidates across Latin America, South America, Eastern Europe and India.
