The Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Founders, turning vision into execution, driving high-impact initiatives, and ensuring the company operates at peak efficiency. This role blends strategy, operations, and cross-functional leadership , with direct influence on the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate executive vision into actionable plans with clear outcomes.
• Drive strategic projects and proactively remove roadblocks.
• Act as the Founders’ right hand, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
• Align product, sales, partnerships, and operations teams around shared goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements, while leading special projects.
