About Pavago :

Pavago is seeking a results-driven BDR to lead outbound sales for our client’s growing company. You'll drive lead generation, shape outreach strategy, build processes from scratch, and engage prospects through consultative sales, clearly communicating the value of solutions in cloud, mobile, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities :

  • Sales Process Development : Play a key role in building and refining a scalable outbound sales process from the ground up, including workflows, outreach cadences, qualification criteria, and handoff procedures. Your ability to create structure where none exists is essential to success in this role.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify, research, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Client Qualification : Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, timelines, and fit for our services.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct virtual meetings and demos to communicate the value proposition.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain detailed records in the CRM to track lead status, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align outreach with current offerings and capabilities.
  • Closing & Handoffs : Help move leads through the funnel toward closing or smoothly hand off qualified leads to senior sales or technical leads.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed about trends in IT and STEM.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Experience : 3 years of experience in an SDR / BDR role, preferably in SaaS, software development, or tech services. Proven track record of lead generation and closing or advancing complex sales cycles.
  • B2B Experience : Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and client engagement.
  • Communication : Exceptional written and verbal English communication. Able to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences in a compelling way.
  • Tools : Proficiency with CRM and lead generation tools.
  • Sales Process Development : experience building and refining scalable outbound sales process is a plus.

  • Sales Skills : Skilled at soft-selling, persistent follow-ups, consultative discovery, and objection handling.
  • Leadership & Initiative : Experience implementing sales or business development processes from scratch, with the ability to lead initiatives and inspire others.
  • Process Creation : Strong experience creating outbound sales processes from scratch is a major plus. If you’ve built prospecting frameworks, CRM workflows, or scalable outreach strategies in a previous role, we want to hear about it.
  • Self-Driven : Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and manage a dynamic workload.
  • Growth Mindset : Eager to learn, adapt to emerging technologies, and use AI to boost productivity and insights.
  • Tech Fluency : Able to communicate complex technology concepts in business terms that resonate with decision-makers.
  • What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

    Start your day by reviewing your pipeline and prepping for scheduled calls. Begin outreach to new prospects through cold emails and follow-up calls. Host discovery calls and demos with interested leads, align their needs with our technical capabilities, and document insights in the CRM. Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to tailor pitches or proposals. Throughout the day, you'll use tools like Slack and Google Meet to stay in sync with the team, and wrap up by updating your activity logs and planning for next day’s follow-ups.

  • Initial Phone Call : A quick intro call to learn more about you and your background.
  • Video Interview : A 30-minute video conversation to assess technical and soft skills.
  • Final Interview : A direct meeting with the client for alignment and role fit.
  • Background Checks : Reference and employment verification before onboarding.
