Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure exceptional quality and user experiences for a suite of AI-powered products and tools.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product lines.
- Oversee QA processes to effectively validate customer needs.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams on areas for enhancement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and relaying insights to internal teams.
Requirements
2-6 years in product management, QA, or a technical customer-facing role.Strong understanding of software development and product architecture (coding not required).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, as business is conducted in English.Ability to establish and manage quality assurance processes.Deep understanding of product workflows to recognize improvement opportunities.Experience translating customer needs into product actions and updates.Benefits & Perks
