In this role, you’ll manage visa applications and coordinate business trips, client visits, and personal travel, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics for our global teams, management, and clients.

In this role, you’ll ensure seamless travel experiences for Dev.Pro contractors, C-level executives, and clients by managing all aspects of business travel.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, car rentals)Research and compare options based on client preferences, budget, and timelinesSource competitive pricing and recommend cost-effective solutionsConfirm bookings and provide clear itinerariesVerify rates, discounts, and service availabilityFinalize travel budgets and monitor cost alignmentWork with the finance team to track and reconcile travel expensesAssist with visa applications (US, UK, Brazil, ESTA, etc.)Advise on travel documents, insurance, and regulationsEnsure timely updates and clear communication with all partiesImplement new booking tools and support process improvementsContribute to updating travel policies based on market research and regulatory changesHandle occasional urgent issues outside regular hours🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?
