Project Manager for USA Agency (Remote)

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in marketing agencies supporting retail brands . The ideal candidate has worked with US-based clients , is highly organized, and can confidently join client calls to manage expectations and keep projects on track. You will c oordinate internal teams, including designers and copywriters , to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are executed smoothly. This role is based in LATAM and requires fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations for retail-focused marketing agency clients.
• Join and lead client calls , ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams (design, copy, performance, etc.) to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Track deadlines, deliverable status, and project progress across multiple campaigns or websites.
• Identify risks, delays, or gaps and proactively resolve issues before they affect timelines.
• Maintain organized documentation, project plans, and communication channels.
