We're a fast-growing sales and consulting company that runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). We move FAST, and I need someone who doesn't just keep up - but stays three steps ahead.

This Is What You'll Actually Be Doing :

• Meeting Management & Follow-Up
• Join my Level 10s, client calls, and interviews
• Turn AI transcripts into clear, actionable tasks
• Post task recaps in Slack and track progress until completion
• Make sure nothing slips through the cracks (because if it does, you''ll catch it)

Here's What I'm Looking For :

This role will test you. You'll be managing multiple priorities, anticipating my needs, and sometimes telling me what I need to do (respectfully, but firmly).
