Who we are looking for :

BDC is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a Senior Product Manager. As a key member of the team, If you are a creative, dynamic and results driven person join us! You will help us develop our SaaS products for our Entertainment, Academic and Sports Management. Our team are motivated self-starters who are passionate about building high-quality products our users trust and love to use. We want you here to help us find innovative and cutting-edge solutions to some tough problems and constantly delight our users.

What you will be working on :

This role will be driving the innovation for a dynamic, community driven academic and sports commerce platform. This role will create an innovative platform requiring a highly interactive user experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

We are a small organization but with huge potential defined by our ecosystem of leaders, customers and of course our incredible team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal and external teams (designers, developers, DevOps, customers, and C -levels).
• Write epics / user stories and documentation to help the team develop features.
• Act as scrum master for the development team.
• Develop the roadmap for the products, make it awesome!
• Manage customers relationships, process feedback, demo products and keep communication of feature development.
• Jump in and test products when required.
• Be extrovert, participate in feature design, estimation, and scoping. We want to hear your voice; we want you to own it!
• Manage time appropriately and clearly communicate changes in effort, scope, or blockers. We are looking for team players with a team-first mindset.
• Maintain sprint backlogs and product backlogs.
• Collaborate with leadership to align product strategies and backlog with overall business goals and contribute to the organization’s growth and profitability.
• Support product launch, go to market and sales enablement activities as needed.
• Never ever settle, if you think we are not doing the best way, bring new ways of working create presentations and push changes.
