We invite a proactive and motivated Community Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll support Dev.Pro in engaging top IT / developer talent in Latin America by running targeted campaigns, participating in online and offline tech communities, and growing an active talent pool. You'll collaborate with recruiters and marketing teams to strengthen our talent acquisition efforts and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
