Job Description :
As an HR Intern you will support recruitment, talent management, and
organizational growth initiatives. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities
with strategic tasks to support the company's market presence and business
expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social
media, and outreach platforms.
Recruitment Support : Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinateinterviews with senior HR staff.
Candidate Communication : Manage follow-ups and maintain positive candidateexperiences.
Onboarding Assistance : Support new employee integration and documentation.Market and Opportunity Research : Assist with research to identify growthopportunities and trends.
Stakeholder Outreach : Help engage potential clients, partners, and externalcontacts to explore collaboration opportunities.
Requirements :
Applicants, who are Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR,Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
Preference for candidates with Chinese language proficiency.Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Interest in HR and supporting company growth initiatives.Benefits :
