As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI-driven tools. You will work in a global team, assisting in hiring for diverse markets. This role offers hands-on experience in modern, tech-enabled HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and source candidates : Job boards, social media, headhunting
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals
- Screen resumes and applications
- Schedule and conduct interviews for various positions
- Manage communication through emails and LinkedIn with applicants, and follow up with candidates
- Engage in AI-driven HR tasks, including basic data processing, system updates, and supporting AI-based recruitment
Requirements
