Position Overview : We are seeking a Facebook Advertising Specialist to plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid social campaigns.

You will be responsible for leveraging Facebook Ads to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and confident navigating the backend of Meta’s advertising tools.

Key Responsibilities : Build and manage Facebook Ad campaigns aligned with each client’s business goals Implement and configure Facebook Pixel and Standard Events for accurate tracking Develop custom and lookalike audiences to optimize targeting Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure peak performance Communicate regularly with Account Managers to align on client needs and strategies Provide daily campaign updates and optimizations Deliver clear, insightful reports on campaign performance on a weekly or monthly basis Required Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ad campaigns Strong understanding of Facebook Ad objectives and optimization strategies Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and analytical skills Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) : Facebook Blueprint Certification Experience with Facebook ChatBots or Messenger automation tools Why Join Us?
