About The Role

Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from app technology, through treasury and finance, to customer support.

We're looking for a Head of Risk to lead the initiative in Argentina. Working closely with departments across all areas of risk-based activities, you'll lead risk management to raise awareness of relevant financial regulations and ensure Revolut remains compliant at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with the first line of defence to identify potential risks and implement adequate mitigation
• Developing and implementing risk policies and procedures, key risk indicators (KRIs), and a risk appetite framework
• Developing risk management processes that are efficient and effective (minimal bureaucracy, maximum impact)
• Monitoring risks, triggering corrective actions, and / or producing reports as appropriate
• Liaising with regulators
• Building and managing a world-class team of specialists
• Leading various projects to improve risk management for Revolut in Argentina
