As a Technical Support Consultant, you will provide world-class support to customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment while working fully remotely. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current with new technologies, and applying best practices in customer satisfaction.
