About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on RevOps Leader with deep HubSpot expertise and a passion for building scalable revenue systems. You’ll own the end-to-end RevOps strategy for multiple clients, lead a growing team of specialists, and help define the future of productized RevOps services.

This role blends technical leadership , client strategy , and team development —ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and wants to make a real impact on the growth trajectories of SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic RevOps Leadership (60%)

• Design, implement, and continuously improve RevOps systems across marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
• Build, optimize, and maintain GTM tech stacks using HubSpot (core), and optionally Salesforce and related tools.
• Create scalable frameworks for lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution, forecasting, and data governance.
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in RevOps strategy and HubSpot implementation.
