What You’ll Do

Design & build automations in n8n with Node.js and Python, turning common workflows into scalable, reusable templates.

Integrate third‑party platforms (Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, etc.) by wiring up REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth connections.

Embed AI capabilities —use OpenAI / ChatGPT and other LLM APIs to add intelligence, summarization, and autonomous decision‑making.

Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements, demo solutions, and transfer knowledge.

Operate, monitor, and improve existing automations : debug failures, refine prompts, and optimize performance and cost.

Document best practices and build and maintain a template library so the broader team can quickly build on your work.

What You Bring

3+ years of automation experience

3+ years software engineering experience (Node.js and Python preferred)

Hands‑on n8n (or similar low‑code tools such as Make / Zapier) for production workflows

Real‑world OpenAI / LLM work —prompt design, embeddings, assistants, cost management

API integration chops : REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks, JSON, error handling

Version control & DevOps basics (Git, gitops, CI / CD, containerization)

Consultative mindset : able to translate business pain points into technical solutions

Excellent written & verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders

Nice‑to‑Have

Experience with Lovable or other AI App development tools

Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and serverless functions

Data engineering or analytics background (dbt, SQL, Airflow)

Familiarity with CRM / marketing ops (HubSpot workflows, lead routing)

Prior agency or client‑facing consulting experience
