As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through their data modernization journey, leveraging Databricks as a core platform. You will work closely with fast-paced, innovative companies to design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and streaming systems. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on ETL / ELT, data modeling, governance, and BI / AI integration. This role combines hands-on engineering with consultative expertise, allowing you to influence technology decisions and accelerate client transformations. You will collaborate within a dynamic, remote-first environment that values innovation, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Accountabilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using Databricks and Spark.
• Implement data solutions leveraging Delta Lake, Databricks Delta Live Tables (DLT), and structured streaming.
• Develop and optimize production Spark applications with Python, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices are integrated throughout pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on BI / AI integration and analytics solutions to derive actionable insights from data.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customer adoption and success with Databricks solutions.
