In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Revenue and customer-facing teams, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive retention, growth, and operational efficiency. You will work across multiple systems, uncover patterns, and create standardized metrics that inform decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly impact business outcomes by shaping strategies, guiding priorities, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will help the company turn raw data into clear, meaningful insights while contributing to a culture of data-informed decision-making. Accountabilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to Revenue leaders, providing insights that guide initiatives, goals, and priorities.
• Define, standardize, and track key metrics such as Time to Value (TTV), Cost per Contact (CPC), and escalation costs to ensure consistent measurement across teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into Revenue performance and customer experience.
• Identify data gaps and inconsistencies across platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Planhat, and Snowflake, and collaborate with the Data team to resolve them.
• Deliver actionable insights highlighting friction points, efficiency opportunities, and potential automation or self-service improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment of reporting and analytics with broader company objectives and data models.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance analysis, streamline workflows, and uncover insights more efficiently.
