The HR Generalist for Noatum Maritime is responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support across all locations within the country. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR processes, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with corporate and cluster-wide HR strategies.
A key responsibility is to adapt and implement corporate HR processes at the national level, ensuring consistency with practices across other countries in the Noatum Maritime cluster. The HR Generalist will act as a strategic and operational partner to the Country Manager, supporting business needs while maintaining alignment with international HR standards.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent in English and local language (spoken and written) is essential.
Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations within a country.
Familiar with local labor law and HR compliance.
Experience in maritime, logistics, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
Proven ability to adapt corporate processes to local contexts.
