Role Overview :

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Direct Response Marketing Manager to join our team. This is not a brand marketing role — the focus is entirely on direct response and performance marketing : driving measurable customer acquisition, optimizing funnels, and scaling campaigns profitably.

You will not be buying media or writing copy, but you must be able to :

• Review ad accounts, creatives, and campaign performance.
• Understand and quickly learn why specific copy or video changes are being made.
• Communicate insights effectively to creative, media, and agency partners.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in consumer consumables, particularly in areas like subscription optimization and customer retention.

Relevant industries include skincare, supplements, and other recurring-purchase products.
