What You’ll Do
Create and repurpose marketing content
Use Canva to design graphics, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Support listing management
Update and maintain property listings on Apartments.com and other rental platforms.
Run day-to-day social media tasks
Schedule posts, update content, and keep Facebook and Instagram active and aligned with the brand.
Keep the brand consistent
Make sure all materials follow brand guidelines and are published accurately.
Track engagement
Monitor basic interactions on social media and respond to simple inquiries when needed.
Stay organized with a content calendar
Plan out posts, campaigns, and updates so everything goes out on schedule.
