Core Responsibilities (EA Base)
Manage executive inbox and correspondenceOrganize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointmentsTrack tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slipsPrepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetingsOrganize files, documents, and data for easy accessBook travel and manage itinerariesConduct light research to support decision-makingOps Emphasis Responsibilities
Create and update SOPs and process documentationManage task boards and project timelines (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)Track deliverables and send reminders / follow-upsSet up and maintain tools, platforms, and automationsSupport with reporting, metrics, and quality checksRequirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive supportStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detailProven ability to create SOPs, manage workflows, and implement tools / automationsNaturally proactive, reliable, and consistent in keeping projects and teams on trackGrowth-oriented professional seeking a long-term partnership with opportunities to scaleBenefits
