Core Responsibilities (EA Base)

Manage executive inbox and correspondence

Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments

Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips

Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings

Organize files, documents, and data for easy access

Book travel and manage itineraries

Conduct light research to support decision-making

Ops Emphasis Responsibilities

Create and update SOPs and process documentation

Manage task boards and project timelines (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)

Track deliverables and send reminders / follow-ups

Set up and maintain tools, platforms, and automations

Support with reporting, metrics, and quality checks

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive support

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail

Proven ability to create SOPs, manage workflows, and implement tools / automations

Naturally proactive, reliable, and consistent in keeping projects and teams on track
