We are seeking a Paid Marketer to support our paid efforts across Google, Meta and TikTok. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement paid campaigns that align with business goals
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Analyze campaign performance data, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI
- Craft compelling ad copy designed to drive clicks and conversions
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI and cost efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Implement A / B testing to refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and landing pages
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a media buying roleProficiency in Meta, Google, and TikTok paid advertising channelsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsExcellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creationKnowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniquesFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT / ET)Benefits
