Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written. π£οΈβοΈ Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. π

π― What you will be doing :
- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience. π€
- Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help. π
- Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm. π¬
- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions. π
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts. π
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support. π
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork. π
