Location : Remote - Latin America

Salary : $7 - $9 per hour | $1,120 - $1,440 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Schedule : Mountain Standard Timezone

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor who specializes in short-form content and paid social ads . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-converting Facebook ads and viral-style edits tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok .

If you live and breathe social media trends, have an eye for storytelling in under 60 seconds, and know how to make content that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form, high-performing ads for Facebook and Instagram campaigns
• Create viral-style videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Implement engaging edits : fast cuts, captions, memes, effects, sound sync, and trending formats
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate raw footage into scroll-stopping creative
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply them to video content
• Optimize video edits for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)
