ATTENTION : This Is NOT Your Typical "Executive Assistant" Role
I'm about to be brutally honest with you.
Most people who apply for executive assistant positions want to answer emails, schedule a few meetings, and call it a day.
If that's you, stop reading right now.
But if you're the rare breed who thinks like a Chief of Staff, anticipates problems before they happen, and gets energized by being the right-hand person to someone building an empire...
Here's The Deal :
We're a fast-growing sales and consulting company that runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). We move FAST, and I need someone who doesn't just keep up - but stays three steps ahead.
This Is What You'll Actually Be Doing :
Meeting Management & Follow-Up
Calendar & Schedule Protection
Systems & Admin That Actually Matters
Here's What I'm Looking For :
Big Pluses (But Not Required) :
Fair Warning :
This role will test you. You'll be managing multiple priorities, anticipating my needs, and sometimes telling me what I need to do (respectfully, but firmly).
If you need everything spelled out, get overwhelmed by fast-paced environments, or prefer to "just follow orders," this will eat you alive.
But if you're the type who sees what needs to happen and makes it happen...
If you want to be indispensable to someone building something big...
If you're tired of boring, low-impact assistant roles...
Then We Need To Talk.
Compensation :
$9-$10 / hour (full-time, 40 hrs / week) - equivalent to $18K-$20K / year.
