We're seeking a Media Buyer

People residing in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST

Language : Fluent written and spoken English (C1 / C2)

THE ROLE

The Media Buyer will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This role is responsible for scaling ad performance, analyzing campaign data, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization.

  • Manage all Meta ad accounts and campaigns from setup to reporting. Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR).
  • Adjust budgets and pacing based on real-time performance data.
  • Conduct A / B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking).
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and algorithm changes.

    • Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel / Google Sheets.
  • C1 / C2 English writing and speaking skills.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop / desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
  • Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
