You will set internal AI development standards, mentor colleagues, and influence architectural decisions, helping the organization stay at the forefront of AI innovation. Accountabilities :

• Research, prototype, and deploy state-of-the-art AI technologies, including large language models, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Design, develop, test, and launch production-ready AI features that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases.
• Define internal best practices, documentation, and standards for scalable, responsible AI development.
• Lead workshops and mentor engineers to build AI fluency throughout the organization.
• Influence architectural decisions and optimize cost-performance tradeoffs for AI infrastructure at scale.
