Account Executive / Account Manager (Talent Pool)
About this role
We’re building a talent pool to fulfill demand from top-tier companies . As an AE / AM you’ll own the full sales cycle for new and existing accounts, driving growth, retention, and upsell.
What you’ll do
- Manage a revenue portfolio : prospect, demo, negotiate, close, renew, upsell.
- Build multi-threaded relationships (business, finance, procurement, tech).
- Maintain accurate pipeline & forecast in CRM; hit quota and activity SLAs.
- Partner with Marketing, CS, and Solutions / Pre-Sales on deal strategy.
- Lead QBRs and account plans; map org charts and stakeholder influence.
What you bring
3–7 years in AE / AM roles (B2B, SaaS / Tech / Services / Fintech preferred).Strong discovery, objection handling, value-based selling (MEDDICC / SPIN / Challenger).English B2+ mandatory. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.Solid CRM hygiene (HubSpot / Salesforce) and data-driven mindset.Nice to have
Experience selling in US / LatAm / Spain
markets.
Working with channel / alliances and RFP / RFI cycles.Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote / hybrid as per client need.
