Senior Product Manager (Latam)

In this role, you will lead the development and management of design system documentation that supports consistent and scalable user experiences across marketing platforms. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product teams to understand needs, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that the documentation and training materials reflect the latest updates. Your work will influence how teams adopt and utilize the design system, enhancing usability, accessibility, and efficiency. Operating in a fully remote, cross-functional environment, you will have the opportunity to shape best practices, communicate updates effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement. This position offers a balance of strategic planning, hands-on management, and stakeholder engagement, allowing you to make a tangible impact on product quality and team productivity.

Accountabilities

• Support the Design System Lead in day-to-day operations and long-term planning of design system deliverables.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to understand component requirements and workflows.
• Maintain and update documentation and training materials to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Develop new materials aligned with the design system roadmap and upcoming releases.
• Communicate changes effectively across teams and platforms.
• Enforce standards for consistency, scalability, and accessibility across components.
• Track, prioritize, and maintain component updates and improvements.
• Collect feedback from UX research and product usage to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions.
