ABOUT THIS POSITION :

As an Paid Social Strategist at Tharp Ventures, you’ll lead client success through post-sale relationship management, strategic marketing planning, and account growth. You’ll ensure your clients’ ecommerce initiatives run seamlessly, hit their goals, and exceed expectations—all while collaborating with a talented team to deliver outstanding results.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and execute ecommerce marketing strategies tailored to client goals, driving measurable growth and profitability.
• Manage client accounts with a focus on campaign execution, performance optimization, and timely delivery of all tasks.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance results.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive, high-impact marketing plans that maximize conversions.
• Stay ahead of ecommerce trends and tools, including Meta ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Offer clients strategic guidance to refine their ecommerce platforms and marketing efforts for peak performance.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, testing new strategies and tools to keep Tharp Ventures and its clients at the forefront of the industry.
• Leverage marketing psychology and market trends to anticipate client needs and craft strategies that resonate with target audiences.
