Job Overview :

We’re looking for a Google Media Buyer with 5+ years of experience scaling beauty e-commerce brands through Google Ads. If you know how to profitably manage $20K+ / day in ad spend, build high-performing funnels, and leverage AI tools to drive faster optimization.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and scale performance-driven Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Manage $20K+ / day in ad spend across multiple products, funnels, and customer personas
• Collaborate with creative, product, and CRO teams to launch and optimize offers
• Analyze campaign data daily to improve ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV
• Use AI tools (Perplexity, AdCreative.ai, Google Veo) for copy, creative ideation, and testing at scale
• Drive granular keyword strategies, feed optimization, and creative testing
