Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our high-impact Finance Core team. This role requires a deep understanding of financial infrastructure, strong product leadership, and the ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of mission-critical systems that power dLocal’s treasury, settlements, and balance management processes. As part of the platform product organization, you’ll work closely with engineering, finance, operations, compliance, and data teams to ensure our internal financial products are accurate, auditable, scalable, and reliable — across dozens of countries and currencies.

What will I be doing?

• You will help drive the rollout of an ERP system across more than 70 entities in over 40 different countries
• You will be working with multiple internal stakeholders to analyze treasury, accounting and operational business processes, and develop products and solutions to help automate processes and drive information flows to the ERP
• You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organization
• You will work closely with other product teams to ensure the solutions developed can meet our customer needs
• You will execute a vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome for our organization, our customers and the business
• You will analyze and use data to make informed decisions
• You will do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be
• You will be working with people from all around the globe. You will lead and inspire other team members of the Product team
• Continuously identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of financial systems through data-driven decision making
