Position Summary : Our partner, a digital media organization with a portfolio of subscription-based brands, is seeking a seasoned Head of Brand and Creative Design to unify the creative vision, identity, and design systems that shape its customer experience. In this role, you’ll define the creative heartbeat of a multi‑brand digital network where visuals, copy, and user psychology come together to drive growth. You’ll translate a clear founder vision into a repeatable, data‑informed design framework that makes every thumbnail, ad, page, and campaign feel intentional and on brand. You’ll refine and elevate content into emotionally resonant assets that convert, reduce executive bottlenecks, and ensure consistency across channels. Expect to shadow leadership early, capture the brand’s emotional DNA, and set the bar for quality while building scalable, intuitive workflows that designers and marketers love using.
Experience and Education :
- 10+ years leading brand, design, or creative direction in digital‑first media, entertainment, e‑commerce, or other high‑frequency content environments.
- Track record building visual identity systems and enterprise‑wide design playbooks.
- Hands‑on proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong grounding in UI and UX principles tied to engagement and conversion.
- Comfort using performance data to steer creative decisions.
- Bonus : streaming, DTC, or brand‑unification experience.
