Main Purpose

Join our innovative Product Team dedicated to transforming the agricultural experience for farmers in LATAM . We are building a best-in-class digital ecosystem that prioritizes user needs, delivers integrated solutions, and generates meaningful business impact.

As Enterprise Product Manager , you will play a key role in shaping the future of farming by driving product strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement across the region.

Your Mission

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products : from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Build product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with farmer needs, business priorities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.
• Drive agile best practices, ensuring squads deliver on time, mitigate risks, and measure outcomes.
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Monitor metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously optimize product performance and farmer experience.
