Responsibilities :

Employee Onboarding & Records Management

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a consistent experience across multiple property locations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and ensure full compliance with company policies and legal standards.

HR Policy & Employee Support

Employee Relations & Compliance

Training, Development & Reporting
