We're looking for a highly technical and operations-minded technical project manager to design , architect, and manage workflows that will serve their user base of 100 to 2000+ members. This role will be responsible for streamlining onboarding processes, managing member communications, and implementing automation and visibility systems that reduce friction across multiple operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement CRM systems and workflows to manage and integrate backend fulfillment systems and user-facing experiences (using tools like GoHighLevel, Airtable, Calendly).
- Automate and streamline multi-step onboarding processes for new members using tools like Airtable, Make, and Zapier.
- Integrate and optimize via communication channels.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align workflows with broader operational goals.
- Continuously assess and refine systems to remove friction and improve user experience.
Requirements
