Sales Appointment Setter for a US Advertising Agency (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter in LATAM only to support financial advisors by generating and qualifying leads through phone outreach. This performance-based sales role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to consistently meeting daily and weekly targets. Working hours will vary depending on the client assignment ( Pacific, Central, and Eastern Time zones). Setters typically start with one client but should be open to working across multiple time zones if assigned to more. Usually up to 2 or 3, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to set appointments with prospective clients for financial advisors
• Qualify incoming leads from Facebook advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with client criteria
• Maintain an organized calendar and daily schedule to maximize appointment booking efficiency
• Accurately track interactions and update lead information in CRM systems
• Collaborate with financial advisors and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
