Requirements
What You Bring
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.Strong organizational and time-management skills — able to juggle multiple moving parts.Excellent written and verbal communication , with professional polish.A proactive, “see it, solve it” mindset — you anticipate needs before they’re voiced.Discretion and maturity when handling confidential information.Confidence using digital tools for scheduling, task tracking, and document management .A calm, steady presence in a fast-moving environment.Why This Role Matters
