Descripción del trabajoHire, train, and lead a high-performance regional sales team across target markets. Set clear KPIs and provide continuous coaching to drive hashrate and product sales. Create a results-driven, collaborative sales culture. Establish and grow relationships with miners, hardware vendors, hosting providers, and partners. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding and addressing operational needs. Negotiate complex technical partnerships and enterprise agreements. Monitor LATAM market trends, client behavior, and competitive dynamics. Track and report KPIs including connected hashrate, client retention, and revenue. Represent EMCD at industry events, conferences, and regional forums. Align with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure sales strategy fits product roadmap and brand positioning. Incorporate client and market feedback into strategic decisions. Drive product-market fit and adoption of the Complex solution in LATAM. 5+ years in B2B financial product or fintech sales. 3+ years leading regional or international sales teams. 2+ years of experience in cryptocurrency mining operations or technical sales. Deep understanding of Bitcoin mining economics, hardware, and pool operations. Strong grasp of LATAM regulatory environments and market fragmentation. Proven ability to operate in fast-changing, ambiguous environments. Spanish fluency highly preferred. Willingness to travel within the LATAM region.

This role will be instrumental in achieving growth targets in the LATAM region and in establishing EMCD as a trusted leader in a highly fragmented and competitive landscape.
